NUR Macroprinters Ltd. Notice

On February 29, 2008, Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE, Nasdaq: HPQ) completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets and business of NUR Macroprinters Ltd. The NUR business acquired by HP manufactures high-volume UV-curable inkjet printers for the industrial PSP market under the brands of HP Scitex.
